What's your warranty policy for orders placed with the Jazz Sales Representative stores?

Jazz offers to you that the hardware will be free from material defects ("Defect") in workmanship and material under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months for all other products from the date of retail purchase by original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period").

During the Warranty Period, if a Defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Jazz will repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts. This limited warranty covers the replacement of the hardware only. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Jazz's property.

The warranty period will be extended by each whole day that the product is out of your possession for repair under this warranty. Jazz warrants that the repaired or replaced parts will be free from material defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the Warranty Period, whichever is greater.

If you have confirmed that your product requires a warranty service, you can return to your retailer for warranty service.

For products that were purchased a proof of purchase (invoice, receipt or equivalent) must be presented to our Technical Support Advisors for verification of warranty coverage.

What's your return policy for orders placed with the Jazz Sales Representative stores?

We're committed to providing customers with products and services of the highest quality.

Orders placed with the Jazz Sales Representative stores are covered under the 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If you find that the product you've purchased from us is defective, or is damaged in-transit, you have the option of returning it to us within 10 days of order for an exchange.

Defective products that fall outside of the 10-day satisfaction guaranteed period may be accepted just for a repair.

How do I return my product to you?

If you would like to return us a working product, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be returned within within 10 days of the order date
  • Products must be returned in its original packaging with the full package contents in place

After contacting us, our Customer Service Team will guide you through the return process.

Can I return a product for an exchange ?

Yes, it's possible to exchange your product for another product as long as it is within 10 days of your order.Please contact us for more information.

What's the difference between products sold on the Jazz Sales Representative stores versus other retailers?

Jazz Sales Representative stores carries the full list of ongoing models and colors. Other retailers often carry a limited selection of products.

I can't find the product I'm looking for.

If you have a specific model in mind, the fastest way to access the product page will be via the “Search” feature located at the top right of our main menu. With the “Search” feature, you are able to search by product name or keywords related to that product.

If you wish to browse through our catalog and products available online on the Iran jazz, simply select “Products” from the main menu to view all the available product categories. You can then browse and make your selection from the products displayed on the category page.

How do I check the stock availability of products?

Stock availability is displayed prominently on every product page:

  • In Stock: Product is currently in stock.
  • Ships from DD-MM-YY. Pre-order now: Product is currently back-ordered and is expected to be dispatched from our fulfillment hub from the date stated.
  • Back in stock soon: Stock is currently unavailable with no estimated replenishment date. You may choose to leave your email address so that we can notify you when the product is back in stock.

When will an item be back in stock?

For products that are marked with “Back In Stock Soon”, there's no estimated replenishment date available. We recommend using the “Notify Me” feature to leave us your email address. An email will automatically be sent to you when the product is available for order.
